We maintain a rental cabin neighborhood in Alaska's Goldstream Valley right off Sheep Creek Road. Our cabins are ten minutes from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and just minutes more from downtown and the airport.

Located in the heart of the Valley's spruce and birch forest, our cabins all feature log construction, with quality insulated floors and ceilings.

In addition, we are located right on the Goldstream Valley trails system, with over 100 miles of skiing, mushing and hiking trails right out your back door. Goldstream Creek also passes near the neighborhood.

Currently, there are five rental cabins, with several more planned for completion in the summer of 2005. Each of our cabins boast a unique floor plan and loft configuration. Each is heated by a modern monitor oil heater. Dogs are welcome with our approval. Contact us for more information on availability.
